Independent Wheel Drives The DR ZT5E uses a HydroGear beltless drivetrain with brushless electric motors to provide precise zero-turn performance.

Lap Bar Steering Commercial style steering bars are adjustable for rider comfort. Dampened for steady, straight-line mowing. Action becomes intuitive with just a little practice.

Interactive Touchscreen Has controls for blade speed and drive speed. Also displays battery charge level, operation status, hour meter, and service notifications.

Mid-Back Suspension Seat Includes armrests and adjustments that allow you to customize for your height and weight.

Blade Drives Each of the 3 mowing blades has its own dedicated brushless motor to ensure smooth operation and a high-quality cut.

3-Blade Mowing Deck with Side Discharge Fabricated, fully welded, 12-gauge steel. Each blade has its own beltless motor.

Foot Operated Height Adjustment Mow from 1.5″ to 5″ in ¼” increments, 15 settings

2.5 kWh Battery Pack The ZT5E is powered with one, two, or three 48V batteries (sold separately). Each one is 2.5 kWh, meaning you can have up to 7.5 kWh. The power for mowing and self-propulsion is the same regardless of how many batteries are installed—the difference is in runtime. Recharge overnight in the mower.

Battery Dock Each battery seats securely under the rear hood, in its own port, ensuring optimal contact with receiver.
